TP-Link T9UH with Linux 5.8

There were latency spikes every two minutes or so. Ping jumped up to 2000 ms. It turned out to be caused by Network Manager’s background network scans. Setting my AP’s BSSID in NM to disable roaming between different BSSIDs (APs) with the same ESSID did eliminate them.
